Garage Conversion with Link to House (1404)

Here an existing garage measuring 6m x 6m external was built with cavity walls and was therefore a no brainer for conversion and linking to the house.
The original rooflight at the front of the house was moved to the rear of the link and a small (letterbox shape) dormer window eventually added in its place.

Planning Approval now in place….

The Link is now my Home Office.
