Listed Building in The Yorkshire Dales National Park

Here a farmhouse building had been extended in 1669 and obtained planning permission at  Planning Appeal in the 1980`s to rebuild part of the structure identified on historical maps.

The property has only been sold out of the original family ancestry once.

What was once a “very large house” has now been split as link detached in an unusual back-to-back semi-detached arrangement.
