Here a 100 year old bungalow is wrapped up in insulation and a storey added.

All existing materials on site are to be reused.

The planning case officer rejected an expected pitcher roof requirement and followed the Architectural Design intent of a flat roof.

A similar 3-storey cube house was rejected at Planning Appeal
