Double Garage Conversion with Link to Detached House (1404)

Here an existing garage measuring 6m x 6m external was built with cavity walls and was therefore a no-brainer for conversion and linking to the house.
The original roof-light at the front of the house was moved to the rear of the link and a small (letterbox shape) dormer window was eventually added – see home page site header on this web site.

In 2015 the Link became my home Office

In 2024 the Link became a lounge for the Airbnb facility that seems to be in demand in Alwoodley
