Detached – Large Rear Extension & Cat-slide roof to Gable Conversion (1141)

Despite the planning officers reluctance to lose the cat-slide roof. The planning team leader agreed that the cat-slide roof was not a precious construction in Horsforth. To date this cat slide to gable part of the planning approval has not been constructed – the rear extension met the space requirements.
